Six simple sauce recipes for pasta

You can enrich pasta with sauces.
Simple recipes will help to turn a simple dish into a delicious and hearty one.

Creamy sauce to tomato pasta
Garlic - 2 hops
Onion - 2 pcs
Sour cream - 1 glass
Tomatoes - 0.5 kg
Olive oil - for frying
Butter - 1 tbsp.
Salt, pepper
Slightly dried melissa
Sugar - 1 tbsp.
Cooking method:
Cut garlic into plates and fry it in olive oil.
When the garlic becomes golden, put the cut onion there.
Fry it until ready, add chopped peeled tomatoes. Add salt, pepper, butter.
When the most of the liquid evaporates, add sour cream. Bring to a boil, add melissa there.
Cheese sauce for pasta
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Milk - 1 glass.
Butter - 50 g
Oil - for frying
Salt, pepper – at option
Cheese - 200 g
Caraway, basil
Cooking method:
Preheat the oil, add flour and fry it to golden color.
Slowly pour milk, stirring, bring to a boil.
Add grated cheese, seasonings, soft butter and stir.
Serve hot, pour the macaroni or flush pasta in the sauce for a few minutes.
Chicken Sauce with Mushrooms
Chicken fillet - 1 pcs
Onion - 2 pcs
Mushrooms -300 g
Sour cream - 0.5 glass
Salt, pepper, herbs
Butter - 2 tbsp.
Oil - for frying
Cooking method:
Fry sliced chicken fillet on the butter, add some salt.
When chicken meat becomes golden, add cut into stick onions and hold on medium heat for another 10 minutes.
Cut the mushrooms (into sticks or halves), add to the pan. Populate, mix.
Add butter, make a slight fire.
Add sour cream, herbs, salt in 5 minutes.

Chicken pasta sauce with tomatoes
Chicken fillet - 300 g
Onion - 2 pcs
Tomatoes - 0.5 kg
Salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, mint – at option
Sugar -1 tbsp.
Garlic - 4 hops
Oil - for frying
Cooking method:
Fry small chunks of chicken fillet until golden in a deep saucepan.
Add the sliced onion, stir and stew together.
Peel off tomatoes with boiling water. Cut into small pieces and add to a saucepan.
Add a small amount of water and salt. Pepper, add sugar and seasoning.
Cover with lid and steam until ready.
At the end add grated or finely chopped garlic (3-4 hops). Taking off the fire,
cover with a lid and draw for 10 minutes.
Spinach sauce
Fresh or frozen spinach - 500g
Olive oil - for frying
Basil - 2 tbsp.
Salt to taste
Cream (sour cream) - 1 glass.
Butter - 50 g
Cooking method:
Put the finely chopped spinach on a frying pan, cover it with a lid, and stew a little.
Add a little of salt, pour cream, butter, dry or fresh basil.
Cook for 10 minutes. This sauce perfectly suits to pasta.
Beef Sauce
Beef - 300-400 g
Onion - 3 pc.
Carrot - 2 pcs.
Flour - 2 tbsp.
Meat broth or water - 0.5 glass
Cream - 1 glass.
Salt, pepper to taste
Garlic - 2 hops
Cooking method:
Slice beef; fry it in the oil until brown crust is formed.
Pour with broth or water, add sliced onions and carrots, stew to softness of meat on low heat.
Meanwhile, fry the flour until brown in the other pan, add some water.
Stir; add cream, salt, pepper. Pour into meat dish.
Cut herbs and squeeze the garlic to the ready sauce.
