Noodles with shrimps and garlic sauce

Noodles with shrimps are cooked extremely fast and easy. You need just half an hour to prepare shrimp sauce, while pasta is cooked. But the taste is simply amazing! And this dish is perfectly combined with white wine. You should try it!
• 400 g of shrimps,
• 300 g of figured noodles,
• 50 g of olives,
• 3 garlic hops,
• 0.5 pods of red pepper,
• Parsley,
• 50 ml of white dry wine,
• 100 g of butter,
• 3 tbsp. of olive oil
• black ground pepper;
• salt.

Cooking method:
Cook the noodles in a little salted water until all dente condition according to the instructions
given on the package. Strain off the noodle on a colander, leaving about 0.5 cups of water
in which it was cooked.
Finely cut the red hot pepper. Chop garlic. Finely chop the herbs.
Fry the shrimp on a warm frying pan in olive oil for about 2 minutes.
Then remove shrimps from the pan, and add garlic, olives, salt, red and black pepper to the shrimp oil. 
Stir, keep the medium heat for 1 minute and pour the wine.
Cook the sauce for 1 minute. Then add butter and cooked seafood into a pan. Mix shrimp with
noodle sauce and reduce the fire. Add herbs and cook for 2-3 minutes. If the sauce is very stodgy,
add some water.
Serve shrimp noodles with vegetables and herbs.
