Pasta with mushrooms

Ingredients:
• Champignons 200 g
• Onion 1 pc.
• Vegetable oil
• Cream 20% - 100 ml
• White dry wine 30 ml.
• Salt, pepper
• Dry Italian herbs
• Long Noodles - 200 g
• Parmesan 50 g
 
Method of cooking:
 
Boil the paste.
 
Clean the champignons, cut them with the onions.
Fry the onion and champignons. Salt and pepper. When the mushrooms are ready,
add dry wine, cook for 3 minutes.
 
Add the cream and boil for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with herbs and grated cheese.
 
Mix the paste with mushrooms.
